CU*Answers accepting applications for reorganized associate board member program
GRAND RAPIDS, MI (July 18, 2023) — Cooperative CUSO CU*Answers recently announced that is accepting associate board member applications as part of a reorganized program. The Nominating Committee of the CUSO’s board of directors will be accepting applications through August 10 for one associate member spot. Associate board members participate as non-voting members in the boardroom, lending their voice and building a deep bench of board-ready candidates that can take on special assignments or fill vacancies between election cycles.

Part of this is an active community of credit union CEOs who are interested in guiding CU*Answers forward through voluntary service on the board of directors.”
To qualify to serve as an associate board member, the applicant must be the CEO or equivalent of a CU*Answers stockholder credit union; must have been a client for at least one year; must abide by the Board Member Handbook; and be willing to travel and participate in meetings.
