CU*Answers continues to improve mobile web banking option

GRAND RAPIDS, MI (October 8, 2013) — CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, recently announced that with the 13.2 release of its core processing platform, CU*BASE®, it included enhancements to its mobile web banking version of It’s Me 247 Online Banking. In addition to changes made in advance of its File Expansion Project for CU*BASE—an infrastructural undertaking of the software—the CUSO rolled made improvements to the layout, graphics, and styling of mobile web banking, to give users a better experience.

It’s Me 247 Mobile Web Banking is a free offering to credit unions on the CU*BASE platform. CU*Answers added that it is willing to work with its credit unions and interested third parties looking to create a mobile app for the online banking system. As usual, the 13.2 release was offered to credit unions at no additional charge.
