CU*Answers’ “Show Me the Steps” Expanding

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – November 16, 2012 – CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned core data processor, recently added new steps to its educational tool “Show Me the Steps.” The reference material provides credit unions with simple step-by-step instructions on how to complete various tasks in the CU*Answers’ core processing platform, CU*BASE®, making it a popular tool among managers introducing new procedures or new credit union employees unfamiliar with CU*BASE.

Instructions are not only submitted by CU*Answers staff, but also by the CUSO’s credit union partners, making it a true collaborative effort to share the wealth of knowledge throughout the network. Thirteen new instructions have been added to the system from topics including accounting/back office, auditing, collections, lending, marketing/sales, teller, and member service. A CU*Answers representative added that the CUSO will continue to make this reference tool, along with the many others available to credit unions, as robust as possible.
