CUES and DigitalMailer Partner to Bring Secure, Online Document Storage to 7,000 Industry Executives and Their Credit Unions
My Virtual StrongBox™ service to be included in CUES Membership benefits
MADISON, WI and HERNDON, VA (July 22, 2013) –– In a joint effort to stress the importance of secure personal document storage, the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES) is partnering with DigitalMailer to promote the firm’s My Virtual StrongBox. As part of the arrangement, CUES will provide the service as a free member benefit to its 7,000 executive and staff members. And if those members want to add the service to their credit unions’ product suites as a benefit to their own members, CUES will offer it at a discounted price.
My Virtual StrongBox is an online safe deposit box for personal documents and files. It was created by DigitalMailer to address consumers’ growing need for a safe place to store electronic copies of wills, birth and marriage certificates, insurance policies, tax documents, deeds, titles, and other items that would be sorely missed if lost or destroyed. The partnership gives each CUES member 25 MB in DigitalMailer’s secure, proprietary, cloud-based data center, with the option to purchase more space if needed. CUES members will also be able to access their personal documents through DigitalMailer’s mobile iPad app. The new benefit will take effect in September.
