MADISON, Wis. * The Credit Union Executives Society and CUNA Mutual Group have formed a partnership to help credit unions attract and retain talent by enhancing their executive benefits and retirement plan services.

*This new alliance will match the benefits needs of credit union executives and board members with a diverse mix of solutions to help retain, recruit and reward C-Level executives,* said Scott Albraccio, business development and marketing manager for CUNA Mutual.

The service, called Executive Benefits and Retirement Service Solutions, Presented by CUNA Mutual Group, will provide much-needed continuity during these difficult economic times. *Our *Gap Analysis* will help to identify shortfalls in a senior leaders* retirement plan and design programs to specifically fill those gaps. This allows executives to focus on their credit unions* financial strength rather than worrying about their own personal needs,* Albraccio said.

CUNA Mutual*s executive benefits plans are designed with maximum flexibility in mind. *Our solutions are based on an open architecture, giving the executive a variety of deferred compensation and benefits pre-funding solutions,* Albraccio said.

Each of the eight options allows organizations to remain competitive and comes with a specialist who goes through a five-step process to create and implement an effective program.

In addition, CUNA Mutual*s top-ranked retirement plan programs use a unique outcome-based approach to help credit union employees attain a financially secure retirement. The programs have been designed around the needs of credit unions, are easy to administer and feature superior fiduciary support.

The investment options and educational resources help employees make good decisions. For more than 50 years, CUNA Mutual and its subsidiaries have offered retirement programs and now manage more than 7,500 plans with more than 500,000 participants and $11 billion in assets.

*We look forward to this new alliance that will match the needs of CUES members with the multitude of executive benefits and retirement services solutions CUNA Mutual provides credit unions. We*ve worked closely with CUES over the last several years and feel this alliance will benefit everyone involved,* Albraccio added.

*CUES is happy to add such versatile offerings to round out our list of services for credit unions,* said Frederick D.
