CUES’ surveys tackle HR benchmarks

MADISON, WI (September 24, 2013) — Canadian and U.S. credit unions now have the opportunity to contribute to what the Credit Union Executives Society calls one of the most comprehensive suites of credit union HR-related benchmarking tools.

CUES Executive Compensation Survey, CUES Employee Salary Survey and CUES Interactive Staffing Guide seek to gather data on executive and staff salary and benefit packages, staffing levels, turnover, employee search methods, productivity levels for front-line staff, and human resources management and budgeting.

Its commonly said that an organizations most valuable asset is its people, said Chuck Fagan, CUES president/CEO. The information provided by CUES survey participants helps credit unions make informed decisions to protect that asset. Cooperatively, this will serve to strengthen credit unions, and in turn, the industry.

Summary reports and Webinars on the surveys will highlight key findings in compensation and staffing trends, and are scheduled to be available mid-2014.

Complete the compensation and salary surveys at cues.org/survey; visit cues.org/participate-isg to complete the staffing survey. For more information on CUES surveys, contact CUES Survey Support at 866.508.0744, or email surveysupport@cues.org.

All CUES surveys are administered by Industry Insights.

The Credit Union Executives Society is a Madison, Wisconsin-based, independent, not-for-profit, international membership association for credit union executives. Its mission is to educate and develop credit union CEOs, directors and future leaders.
