CUNA OpSS Council announces executive committee members

Results from Annual Election by the Not for Profit, Member Led Professional Organization

MADISON, WI (October 1, 2014) — The new executive committee and officers for the CUNA Operations, Sales & Service (OpSS) Council were announced during the Council’s 17th annual conference, taking place Sept. 21-24, in Las Vegas, Nev.  The new committee members are the result of the most recent annual election by the council membership in the months preceding the conference.

Steve Langley, vice president, sales and service, Travis CU, Vacaville, Calif. will remain chair. Greg Inman, senior vice president, Neighbors FCU, Baton Rouge, La. will remain vice chair and Steve Stryker chief operations officer, Scott CU, Edwardsville, Ill. will remain the 2nd vice chair.

During the recent elections for three seats, incumbents Greg Inman, senior vice president, Neighbors FCU, Baton Rouge, La. and Michelle Grabicki, vice president, corporate culture, Numerica CU, Spokane Valley, Wash. were re-elected to 3-year terms. Newly elected to the executive committee is Heather Lally, vice president of operations for Alliant CU in Chicago, Ill. who replaces Debbie Baumann, vice president of facilities management for Mazuma CU in Raymore, Mo. who has completed her term.

The CUNA OpSS Council executive committee also includes:

  • Diana Houston, senior vice president of business development for Georgia Credit Union Affiliates in Duluth, Ga.
  • Judy Kinney, vice president of retail sales for LGE Community CU in Marietta, Ga.
  • Dave Tate, vice president of operations for Anheuser-Busch Employees’ CU in St. Louis, Mo.
  • Bill Thomas, vice president of member operations for United Nations FCU in Long Island City, N.Y.
  • Tum Vongsawad, chief operating officer for San Diego County CU in San Diego, Calif.

CUNA Operations Sales & Service (OpSS) Council
The CUNA OpSS Council is a member-led partnership of operations, sales, and service professionals dedicated to providing education, leadership, networking support, professional development tools, and expertise to its members in order to shape the enhancement of the role and diversity of operations in the credit union industry.
