Saylent, an industry provider dedicated to empowering financial institutions to confidently meet individualized needs of customers in a digital world, was presented the CUNA Technology Council’s Best of Show Award at the 2018 CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC).
To be considered for the Best of Show Award, vendors had to exhibit their products in the CUNA exhibit hall from Sunday, February 25 to Tuesday, February 28. Products had to be compatible with all core processor systems and could be related to any credit union function.
“The most valuable asset at a credit union is data,” said CUNA Technology Council Chair, Mike Atkins, President of Open Technology Solutions. “Getting an in-depth look at what each member needs on an individual level helps to break through the noise and provide service that goes above and beyond. With the Saylent Platform, credit unions can find the integration balance right for their members and use it to highlight valuable insights to refocus your efforts where they are most needed.”
By designing a platform agnostic system able to integrate core banking, payment and third-party data, all while combining the highest security compliance rigor, Saylent provides credit unions with extremely individualized member profiles to help them better meet each person’s needs. After the data analysis, the platform develops and recommends actions to reach members with the services they need. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all strategy, Saylent helps to determine where members are going based on where they have been.
“I can’t say enough how appreciative we are to be this year’s recipients of the Best of Show Award, and how much of an honor it is to be recognized by the CUNA Technology Council,” said Russ Prettitore, Chief Revenue Officer of Saylent. “By harnessing your credit union’s data in new ways, we can find additional areas for growth and take action to better serve your members’ needs, all with the Saylent Platform.
