Day Air Credit Union is excited to announce the promotion of Chelsea Strong, previous Member Service Representative, to the position of UD Branch Manager. In her new role, Chelsea will be responsible for managing and cultivating a sales and service culture at the branch and the business development efforts within the University of Dayton community. In addition, she will carry out the role of educating students, faculty and staff on the importance of credit, financing and budgeting.
Chelsea joined the Day Air Credit Union team in 2011 as a Member Service Representative and quickly advanced to various leadership roles within the company. In her time at Day Air, Chelsea has worked with thousands of members, creating unique solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. Chelsea gives credit to exceptional on the job training with her previous supervisor, Kim Moyer, York Commons Branch Manager, who she has worked closely with since joining the company.
“Chelsea has been with Day Air Credit Union for seven years and has done an outstanding job providing excellent service to our members,” said Director of Member Service, Amy Cline. “I am excited to see Chelsea continue to build relationships with the UD students, faculty and staff.”
As a Dayton native, Chelsea has been able to connect with our members in the Miami Valley. She came to Day Air with previous customer service and has more than ten years of experience serving others. Day Air is more than confident that Chelsea will flourish in her role and they are excited to see her continued growth.
