DuPage financial advisor Tom Trost receives CUNA’s National Rookie of the Year award
NAPERVILLE, IL (May 1, 2018) — DuPage Credit Union is excited to announce that Tom Trost, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional for DuPage Financial Advisors, was recently selected by the CUNA Brokerage Services, Inc. (CBSI) to receive its distinguished Rookie of the Year Award.
This award, which has been handed out for over twenty years, is given nationally to one advisor who, in their first year as a CUNA Brokerage Services, Inc. representative, possessed high ethical standards, had solid production, was a team player and focused on the needs of helping credit union members plan for their futures.
“I am honored to have received this award,” said Trost, who credited building relationships with the DuPage Credit Union Team as a key contributor to helping him earn this honor. “They are the eyes and ears on the ground. They alert me when a Member might be in need of advice.”

According to Associate Director of Branch Operations James Chyllo, Tom’s unique experience of building DuPage Financial Advisors from scratch was a crucial factor in his selection for this national award.
