Dutch Point Credit Union recognized as one of the Top Work Places 2018

WETHERSFIELD, CT (October 12, 2018) — Dutch Point Credit Union has been named as one of the Top Work Places in Connecticut 2018, by the Hartford Courant.

Top Work Places recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state voted on by the people who know them the best—their employees. The rankings in the Top Work Places are based on confidential survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.  The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, management, work, pay and benefits. Eight hundred and sixty-three businesses in Connecticut participated with only 60 companies receiving this prestigious award.

“We are proud of our culture and by the dedication of our employees to both the credit union and our most-valued members,” said Francis R.N. Proto, CEO of Dutch Point.  “We are truly humbled to be recognized alongside so many other wonderful organizations.”
