Eight days left to submit your GWLN scholarship application

MADISON, WI (December 7, 2023) — The deadline for the Global Women’s Leadership Network (GWLN) 2024 scholarship is fast approaching — December 15, 2023!

There are eight (8) days left to apply for the chance to attend career building events around the world.

The GWLN 2024 scholarship will award up to four (4) winners the opportunity to attend the World Credit Union Conference (WCUC) in Boston, USA from July 21-24, 2024 for five (5) full days of learning, networking and exchange with the heart of the credit union movement.

The 2024 scholarships include airfare, hotel and registration fees for the awarded event.

    • Disaster relief (Project Storm Break) – including providing over $1.7M to support credit unions and members in Ukraine, and significant efforts to support rebuilding and recovery efforts in Turkey following a catastrophic earthquake in February 2023.
    • Leadership development (WYCUP) – the World Council's Young Credit Union Professionals (WYCUP) program is a platform for young credit union professionals and their advocates to connect to the world, engage professional journeys with global perspective and inspire a force for positive change through financial cooperatives in communities everywhere.
