Elevations Credit Union receives Cigna Well-Being Award®

BOULDER, CO (October 24, 2019) — Elevations Credit Union was recently awarded with an “Honorable” level Cigna Well-Being Award — 1 of 13 presented nationwide — for its contribution to employees’ well-being through its benefits program. Each year, Cigna selects a group of organizations for Cigna Well-Being Award recognition. This distinction is for workplaces that are making a difference in the health and well-being of their employees, satisfaction and a company’s bottom line.

Elevations has created a culture of well-being that encompasses many areas, including company initiatives such as Diversity and Inclusion and Financial Wellness. The Elevations Wellness Committee has contributed to the growth of health and well-being by providing a number of opportunities for employees to improve their own health and promote cross-department collaboration and increased engagement.

Elevations promotes a number of initiatives and offerings that contribute to the health and wellness of its employees as follows:

  •  on-site gym, volleyball court, and walking trails
  •  reimbursement for gym participation
  •  weight loss classes and fitness trackers
  •  company recreational sports teams, hiking club, and ping pong tournaments
