Enbright Credit Union bicycle giveaway

NASHVILLE, TN (November 12, 2019)Enbright Credit Union of Nashville, Tennessee, recently created a campaign at two of its neighboring public schools to encourage perfect attendance.  The campaign, which runs every nine weeks, rewards a student who has had perfect attendance for the grading period. The winning student’s name is randomly drawn, and the winner receives a new bicycle and helmet.

Ron Smith, Enbright’s CEO, says that the idea for the giveaway came from one of the Credit Union’s board members, and has been implemented at Pennington Elementary and Hermitage Elementary in the Metropolitan Nashville Public School district.  “We wanted to reward the commitment of those students who are coming to school every day and to encourage all students to be present for success,” said Smith.

Enbright Credit Union supports Pennington Elementary through the Pencil Partner program, and operates a bank at school program there to educate students about smart saving and spending habits.  Hermitage Elementary is a community partner, and Enbright supports other programs at the school.
