EL PASO, TX (September 30, 2021) — Since January 2019, evolve Federal Credit Union has been ambitious to shift its digital services towards something more user-friendly and practical. This week, the credit union launched its new and improved online banking and mobile systems! This new system is an innovative transition with a modern look and functionality upgrades.
evolve FCU members now have the accessibility to make Person to Person Payments (P2P) directly from their checking account through their desktop and evolve FCU mobile app. Members can also make transfers, apply for loans, open new accounts, link up external accounts, order checks, activate new debit/credit cards, and control their card activity through the card control feature.
Some breakthrough features now available to evolve FCU members are the online chatting capabilities and investments. To communicate through online chatting, members can do so through three distinct options: live and video chat with an evolve FCU employee and evolve chat with a bot. As for the investment feature, members can open different types of investments and retirement accounts through Access Softek Advisory Services LLC and DriveWealth* and manage their assets through their evolve FCU app.
evolve FCU is excited to offer these services and is confident that these new features will enhance its member’s overall banking experience. With the introduction of these digital services, the credit union continues evolving for its members and innovating in the financial industry. evolve FCU members can now do all their banking directly online from their financial institution, and perhaps even do away with third-party apps.
