First Capital Federal Credit Union donates $1,050 to the YWCA’s ACCESS York & Victim Assistance Center!
YORK, PA (May 13, 2022) — On April 28, 2022, First Capital’s Community & Business Development Manager, Lisa Barshinger presented a check for $1,050 to Katie Harlin, Chief Development Officer from the YWCA York. The money was raised through fundraisers and jeans days as part of First Capital’s 1st Quarter FirstCap Gives Back program.
“FirstCap Gives Back is our charitable giving program in which employees can nominate organizations that are near and dear to their hearts for First Capital to consider giving financial support,” said Barshinger. “Not only does this program allow us to support our local community, it allows our employees to have a voice in which organizations we support.”
Every quarter, a different organization is selected as our FirstCap Gives Back partner. The money will be used to help victims of domestic violence.
