The new site features an updated, clean design and intuitive, easy to use menu options which will enhance the user experience. Customers will find improved access to First Citizens’ products, services and support across all of their mobile devices. Whatever method is used to access the website— a smart phone, tablet, or computer—it will adapt to the screen size for easy viewing and navigation. The website launch culminates several months of technological upgrades to make personal and business banking more convenient, easy and secure.
