Fort Dodge Family Credit Union Latest Financial Institution to Implement Larky Engagement Platform to Generate CU Cross-Selling Opportunities and Promote Location-Based Perks to Members.

Larky is proud to welcome Fort Dodge Family Credit Union in Fort Dodge, Iowa as the latest financial institution to implement the Larky engagement platform to generate cross-selling opportunities and provide location-based perks to members.

“We were so excited to hear about Larky through the Filene Institute. The ability of the Larky platform to reach members through a mobile app appealed to our need to engage millennials. Today our lobby is busy primarily with baby boomers and some millennials. We also have a robust number of Gen Z members who will soon be seeking quick and convenient banking solutions that fit their lifestyle. Larky allows us to create touch points with those members who don’t often come in to a branch to do their banking. The app will allow us to reach out with timely loan promotions while engaging our members with local deals.
