FORUM Credit Union announces organizational changes and new hires

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (March 12, 2015) — FORUM Credit Union announces organizational changes and new employees to its business development, retail, and organizational development departments.

Amanda Fisher joins FORUM as a Business Development Manager and will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with member companies in Hamilton County and surrounding areas. Prior to joining FORUM, Fisher worked at BMO Harris Bank as a Premier Banking Officer. She is a Board Member of the LIDS Foundation and a graduate of the United Way Leadership Academy. Fisher also volunteers for Hamilton Southeastern Schools, the Humane Society, and Friends Helping Friends.

Amy Fox has been promoted to Business Development Manager for FORUM’s Avon, Broad Ripple, Lawrence and Park 100 locations. Fox joined FORUM in 2007 and most recently held the position of the Branch Manager of FORUM’s Broad Ripple branch. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Civic Leadership in Indiana University’s School of Environment and Public Affairs.  Fox is also a Board Member for the Broad Ripple Village Association.

Colin Murphy joins FORUM as a Business Development Manager.  Murphy brings more than 20 years of executive management experience to the team and most recently worked in business development at KSM Profit Advisors, LLC. Murphy is an active member of the United Way’s Tocqueville Society and Vice Chairman of the Greenfield Chamber of Commerce.  He has also served as the Board Chairman of Greenfield’s Riley Festival and Board Member of the March of Dimes of Hancock County.

Christina McKinnies 
has been promoted to Branch Manager of FORUM’s Broad Ripple Branch. McKinnies joined FORUM in 2012 and has more than 10 years of retail and customer service experience. She will be responsible for overseeing sales and service goals and will provide leadership and coaching for employee development and daily operations. McKinnies is also a graduate of FORUM’s Future Leader program which is designed to help employees enhance leadership skills.

Michelle Baker brings 16 years of learning and talent development experience as FORUM’s new Talent Development Manager. Baker also holds a variety of industry certifications from Langevin Learning Services, Wilson Learning, and AchieveGlobal.  She will be responsible for leading talent development and helping guide long-term strategy for developing leaders at all levels.  Baker is also a conference presenter, contributing columnist for T+D Magazine and the voice of the blog, phase(two)learning.
