FORUM Credit Union announces organizational changes

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (April 22, 2014) — FORUM Credit Union announces organizational changes and a new employee to its retail, commercial, and conference center teams.

Amy Fox has been promoted to Branch Manager of FORUM’s Broad Ripple location.  Fox joined FORUM in 2007 and most recently held the position of Assistant Branch Manager at the East Washington location. Fox is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Indiana University East. She is also the Chair of the Lawrence Township Relay for Life and a member of the Broad Ripple Village Association. 

Pam Barry began her FORUM career in 2006 and has more than 25 years of banking experience with a background in consumer and commercial lending.  Berry most recently held the position of the Commercial Group Operations Manager with focuses on compliance, system administration and loan documentation. Barry will now manage the day to day operations of FORUM’s Commercial Group as Assistant Vice President Commercial Operations which includes loan documentation, data reporting and treasury management.

Robin Guidroz joined FORUM in 2007 as an Operational Specialist within the Commercial Group and soon transitioned to System Administrator Manager.  Guidroz is a graduate of FORUM’s Future Leaders program and has served as a mentor in the program for the past two years.  As the newly appointed Commercial Operations Manager, Guidroz will evaluate system upgrades, implement operational system changes, oversee daily functions and provide training and support for the business, retail and contact center staff.

Kimberly Hill brings more than 14 years of commercial lending experience to FORUM and will oversee the responsibilities of Senior Relationship Manager of FORUM’s Commercial Group.  Hill spent three years as a Commercial Loan Officer at Irwin Union Bank and 11 years as a Commercial Loan Officer at Chase, formerly Bank One.  Hill most recently worked for Achievant where she was an Office Manager and provided marketing support and quality assurance.  She is currently a Board Member for the Westfield Youth Assistance Program which identifies at risk youth and provides tutoring, mentoring and other support services. 

Amanda Laflamme joined FORUM in 2012 as the Conference and Events Intern and most recently acted as FORUM’s Conference and Event Coordinator. Laflamme was the recipient of FORUM’s Rookie of the Year award in 2012 and was a nominee for the Fishers Chamber of Commerce Employee of the Year award in 2013.  Laflamme will be responsible for all day to day activities and financials of the facility as FORUM Conference and Event Center Manager.  Laflamme is also a member of the International Special Events Society and Meeting Professionals International.
