FORUM Credit Union Names Employees of 2013 Future Leaders Class

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (March 25, 2013 ) – FORUM Credit Union is pleased to announce the 2013 participants of its FORUM Future Leaders program.  The program, which was created in 2009, allows FORUM employees to experience new situations while enhancing leadership skills.  The program also aims to help employees grow and succeed in their careers.

The 2013 class is comprised of eleven individuals from various FORUM departments.  These individuals include: Sarah Austin-Commercial Group, Ashley Barth-Retail, Tracy Fitzgerald-Human Resources, Bradley Glass-Retail, Nick Grinstead-Retail, Amanda Hoffman-Business Development, Austin Jordan-Mortgage, Matt Kern-Retail, Brittany Lasley-Retail, Christina McKinnies-Retail, and Eric Moeller-Finance.

The group will meet periodically during the year, participate in a mentor program, and work on various initiatives.  Past program initiatives include creating an employee financial wellness program and introducing an employee social media program to the Credit Union.
