GLCU presents “Summer Celebration!”

BANNOCKBURN, IL (June 25, 2021) — To kick off the summer, Great Lakes Credit Union (GLCU) will be launching the Summer Celebration Campaign! The Summer Celebration will take place from June 8th until September 6th, 2021.

By downloading and using the GLCU mobile app, members will be automatically entered into a contest to win $2021. Each month of the promotion GLCU will pick one lucky winner for a total of 3 winners throughout the summer!

Members that are new to utilizing the app, or those who have previously downloaded the app and accessed it again during the contest duration period will qualify for entry.

“GLCU’s mobile app is the ultimate convenience tool. We are excited to kick-off the summer with this contest and reward our members who utilize our mobile app, a branch at the palm of their hands.” – Michelle Shelton, GLCU’s Chief Experience Officer

To support GLCU’s philanthropic efforts, GLCU has partnered with the Alliance for the Great Lakes for the duration of the summer. For every debit card transaction, GLCU will be making a donation to aid in conservation, preservation, and restoration of the Great Lakes and its natural surrounding habitats.

“Thank you to Great Lakes Credit Union for supporting our work to protect and restore our region’s most precious resource – the Great Lakes,” said Alliance for the Great Lakes Vice President of Development Mary Barton. “We are thrilled to partner with GLCU because we share similar values in developing lasting relationships in communities around the region.”
