Greater Nevada Mortgage awarded International Service Excellence Award

Greater Nevada Mortgage (GNM), serving the Sierra Nevada region since 2001, has received the 2017 International Service Excellence Award in the Small Business category by the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA).

The CSIA judging committee consists of representative senior business professionals actively involved in the customer service industry.  Judging criteria are largely based on the International Customer Service Standard, a framework of 27 attributes designed to assist organizations in delivering consistently high levels of service.  Using a balanced scorecard approach, these 27 attributes are grouped into four distinct perspectives: service, operational, learning and growth, and financial and governance.

“This award denotes unwavering commitment to service excellence in the eyes of the Customer Service Institute of America,” said Jenny Casselman, Vice President of Mortgage Services.  “It’s also a reflection of how we genuinely value the client experience.  Our service is fundamental to how we help more people live greater.”

In 2017 GNM also received a First Place Gold Award in the 2017 Elko Daily Free Press Reader’s Choice Awards for Best Mortgage Lender and was honored with a second place for Best Mortgage Lender in the Record-Courier’s 2017 Best of Carson Valley awards.
