Greater TEXAS Federal Credit Union named to 2013 top workplaces

AUSTIN, TX (November 18, 2013) — Greater TEXAS Federal Credit Union (GTFCU) is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of the Austin American-Statesman Top Workplaces. The formal announcement was made in the Sunday, November 17, 2013 Austin American-Statesman newspaper.

This is the second year in a row that Greater TEXAS Federal Credit Union and its 17 locations across the state of Texas have been nominated as a Top Workplace. The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with more than 30 major publishing partners and recognizes a national list of Top Workplaces.

GTFCU employees said they feel genuinely appreciated and are able to balance their work and personal life. The credit union staff also stated that working for GTFCU makes them feel like a part of something meaningful.

Greater TEXAS Federal Credit Union President and CEO Tommy D.
