Gregg Tushaus to present Emerging Financial Innovation at upcoming YP Conference
MUSKEGO, WI (October 3, 2019) — Gregg Tushaus, President of Emergifi, will be presenting Emerging Financial Innovation at The Wisconsin Credit Union League’s third annual YP Conference, October 18-19, 2019 in Wisconsin Dells, WI.
The two-day conference is designed to help credit union young professionals (YPs) learn more about the credit union movement and provide them with leadership training to become leaders at credit unions. In addition to the educational sessions, the conference grants networking opportunities that allow YPs to connect with one another and to learn more about what other credit unions are doing across the state.
“The financial services industry is experiencing unprecedented disruption and innovation,” said Tushaus. “Credit unions need to understand the threats and opportunities and innovate to remain relevant.”
In his presentation, Tushaus will talk about how the financial industry is doubling down on innovation and technology as consumer expectations continue to increase. He will discuss the importance of credit unions collaborating with emerging financial technology providers to address accelerating and irreversible trends that shape consumer demands. Attendees will learn how credit unions can withstand these challenges and they will learn how credit unions are collaborating with financial technology providers.
Attendees will also hear presentations from Raven Solomon, Author and Millennial & Gen Z Leadership Developer; Kyrah Klika, Office Vice President from WESTconsin Credit Union; Angela Prestil, CUDE, Vice President Business Development from CUNA; and Sarah Wainscott, VP of Government Affairs from The Wisconsin Credit Union League.
