Heritage Federal Credit Union announces new Network Operations Manager
NEWBURGH, IN (August 19, 2014) — Heritage Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that James Market has been promoted to fill the new Network Operations Manager position.
James joined HFCU in August 2000 as an IT Specialist, and was promoted from Network Administrator to Networks Operation Manager in August 2014. James has been successful in his responsibility for the entire LAN, network segments, Internet and Intranet systems at HFCU. His responsibilities include ensuring the network is secure and operational, installing all the server upgrades and firewall protections, and keeping system applications up-to-date. James will continue with these responsibilities, but as Networks Operation Manager, he will also have supervisory duties within the IT Department and the Help Desk Technician.
