Heritage Federal Credit Union announces new President & CEO

NEWBURGH, IN (July 2, 2018) — Heritage Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce a new President & CEO, David Milligan, CIA, CUERME.  Mr. Milligan is no stranger to Heritage, as he has served as the Vice President of E-Services and Deposit Support Operations and most recently as the Chief Risk Officer.

Mr. Milligan came to the credit union in February 2011 from Vectren Corporation where he was the Manager of Corporate Audit.  He joined Vectren in 2001 and during his time there, held multiple positions including Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager and Senior Auditor.

In addition, Mr. Milligan has over 20 years of commercial banking experience in various leadership roles.  He is a Certified Internal Auditor and has earned his certification from CUNA (Credit Union National Association) as a Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert.
