Ignite Sales names Whitney Loe as Director of Business Development for credit union market
Credit union professional with extensive industry experience joins the team
DALLAS, TX (October 15, 2019) — Ignite Sales, Inc., the financial industry leader in customer engagement technology, announced Whitney Loe as its new Director of Business Development. In this role, Loe will help Ignite expand its business development within the financial industry, specifically in the credit union space.
Loe is an experienced professional having worked in the financial industry since 2007 and with credit unions specifically since 2011. Prior to working with Ignite, Loe was Vice President of Sales at SmartStep Solutions where she worked with executive management of credit unions of all sizes to provide programs to improve member product offerings and improve credit union performance. In doing so, Loe gained a reputation as a trusted partner across the credit union industry and consistent difference maker. She was also a sales manager for CU Direct and spent nearly five years gaining hands on credit union experience at ANECA Federal Credit Union. Loe’s insights and hands on experience are very valuable for credit unions and Ignite.

In 2016, Loe received her Executive Management Diploma in Credit Unions, Strategic Planning and Leadership from Southwest CUNA Management School at Texas Christian University. She is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) as well as a Credit Union Security and Fraud Expert (CUSFE).
