IMM Enhances TotaleAtlas to Further Simplify Transaction Processing, eSignature Completion

Updates include support of Windows 8 and Internet Explorer 10

This latest release supports Windows 8, Internet Explorer 10 compatibility and includes key updates to workflow functionality and transaction flow for IMM’s cloud-based eSignature service, Document Exchange.

TotaleAtlas integrates seamlessly with a financial institution’s core business applications to generate dynamic, custom electronic documents and forms required for critical business transactions. The ability to operate browser-based user sessions in Internet Explorer 10 running in a Windows 8 environments allows for broader use of tablet devices over desktop computers in-branch as more banks and credit unions incorporate mobile devices into their brick and mortar facilities.

Several usability enhancements were also made to the IMM Workflow module for TotaleAtlas, further simplifying the creation and deployment of unique workflows. Additionally, IMM streamlined the process by which financial institution employees launch transactions from TotaleAtlas to Document Exchange to more easily and quickly send out documents for remote eSignatures, promoting a more expedient transaction flow.
