Inspire Federal Credit Union completes state-of-the-art branch renovation

Inspire’s Bristol branch has been renovated from top to bottom!
BUCKS COUNTY, PA (January 26, 2015) — Inspire Federal Credit Union has called 2104 Bath Road in Bristol, Pennsylvania its home for many years, and for the first time in its long, historic tenure, the Credit Union completed an extensive branch remodel that allows Members to experience an immersive, state-of-the-art and easy-to-navigate facility unlike any other Credit Union in the area.

Formerly known as Bucks First Federal Credit Union, this branch went through a brand renovation and name change in the spring of 2014, a brand renovation that introduced Bucks County to Inspire Federal Credit Union. This latest renovation allows for the Credit Union to fully embrace their newly concentrated effort to build deeper relationships with their Members – an effort they call “Inspirelationship.”

The new branch boasts two brand-new 60-inch, high-definition television screens; brand-new “teller-pods” that allow for tellers to connect more easily with the Members; a Technology Center that allows for Inspire FCU’s financial experts to sit down with Members and show them the Credit Union’s technology products and services, such as mobile and online banking; and a completely renovated coffee station, complete with a special area for mobile phone users to recharge their battery while they have their coffee.

“We wanted to design the branch to meet the vision of how we want to serve our Members going into the future,” said Inspire FCU’s CEO Jim Merrill. “We put a lot of thought about what we wanted that experience to be. We really wanted to create an environment for our Members that is comfortable, and allows us to give them the level of personal attention they need to meet their banking needs.”

Inspire FCU, which was voted the Best Credit Union by Bucks County residents in 2014, currently has over 13,000 Members, all of whom live, work, worship or attend school in Bucks County, PA. In addition to the main, recently renovated, branch in Bristol, Inspire FCU also operates in-school branches at Harry S. Truman High School in Bristol, Poquessing Middle School in Lower Southampton, and Palisades High School in Nockamixon.
