The rankings, managed by Best Companies Group, are determined by the results of a confidential employee survey inquiring about several aspects of a company’s culture, including leadership, opportunities for advancement, community involvement, training, benefits and pay, and overall engagement. This is the third year Jack Henry & Associates has been named a top workplace in Alabama.
The program is designed to provide Alabama businesses with insight into how they’re perceived as employers, both from their employees’ perspective and compared to other organizations across the state. Jack Henry & Associates has offices in Birmingham and Hoover, employing approximately 200 professionals in the region.

The ranking is divided into two categories based the number of people employed in the region: Small/Medium and Large Companies.
