This is the fifth consecutive year that Jack Henry has been listed as one of San Diego’s Top Workplaces by The San Diego Union-Tribune. Rankings, managed by Energage, are determined by the confidential employee survey responses from the region’s nominated companies on topics such as opportunities for advancement, compensation and benefits policies, work-life balance and culture. Rankings are divided into three categories based on the number of people employed in the region. Only companies with at least 50 local employees were eligible to participate.
San Diego Business Journal’’s Top 100 Best Places to Work was produced in partnership with Best Companies Group. Companies are selected based on results of confidential surveys of employees, evaluating policies and practices around employee health, engagement and productivity.
