Joe Bigley named secondary mortgage market manager at United Federal Credit Union

ST. JOSEPH, MI (November 22, 2013) — Joe Bigley has been appointed to the position of Secondary Mortgage Market Manager at United Federal Credit Union (UFCU) in St. Joseph, Mich. In his new role, Bigley will manage the interest rate risk and loan quality of UFCU’s residential real estate portfolio and work on behalf of investors to achieve the company’s financial goals.

Bigley was previously a Secondary Mortgage Market Specialist at UFCU, with responsibility for monitoring, packaging, and delivering mortgage loan sales to secondary market investors; approving rate locks and rate lock extension requests; issuing pricing confirmations, and ensuring timely and accurate investor reporting.  He had previously served in Senior Financial Analyst and Commercial Loan Underwriter positions at UFCU.

Bigley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Mich., and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Western Michigan University Haworth College of Business in Kalamazoo, Mich.

A native of Rochester, N.Y., Bigley resides with his family in St. Joseph.
