Jolt Credit Union announces Haley Kowalski as member support supervisor

SAGINAW, MI (November 4, 2020) — Jolt Credit Union is pleased to announce Haley Kowalski has joined the credit union as the Supervisor of the Member Contact Center.

Ms. Kowalski brings 3 years of financial experience to the credit union. She has a Bachelor’s in Communication from Saginaw Valley State University. Her responsibilities as Member Support Supervisor include managing the contact centers daily operations, ensuring the department provides quality member service by telephone and developing each member support employee to their highest potential through coaching and leadership.
