Jordan comes to the Association with over a decade of experience in the credit union industry. Prior to joining the MD|DC team, she worked for the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates in Florida where she served in various roles including advocacy and member engagement.
Jordan is enthusiastic about her new role saying, “The MD|DC CUA has a reputation of excellence throughout the credit union industry. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this great team and am looking forward to utilizing my experience to help further the mission of the Association and its member credit unions.” Among her many duties, some of the areas Jordan will be focusing on are:
• Membership – building relationships with credit unions
• Chapters – serving as the liaison between the Association and the chapter boards
• Engagement with special groups – including small credit unions and the Young Professional Network
Jordan graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in communication, and while there, interned for the Michigan Credit Union League. Jordan’s professional designations include Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE), Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE), Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS) and Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC).
