Launching ATMIA into a new decade: celebrate our past, present & future

SIOUX FALLS, SD (January 21, 2020) — The ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) this week announced CEO Mike Lee’s 20th Anniversary with the organization will be celebrated at the upcoming U.S. Conference 2020, February 11-13, 2020, in Houston, TX.

As part of the celebration, ATMIA will be celebrating our past, present and future. We ask businesses in the ATM industry to help in the celebration by submitting their stories about how ATMIA has helped provide positive guidance to their business, the changes to the industry, over the past 20 years and what the future may hold. The testimonials and funny stories from industry members will be featured in a special presentation shown at the opening session and in the ATMIA booth.

“As we move into a new decade, we want to take a few moments to reflect on how far the ATM industry has come since its inception,” said ATMIA Board of Directors President and CEO of Grant Victor Jeff Matthews. “Over the past 20 years, the industry has benefited immensely from Mike’s passion for ATMs and consumer payment choice, his leadership, and his incredible optimism and ongoing cheerfulness.”

Businesses looking to submit their stories, testimonials, and views for the future for the celebration presentations should submit their contributions by Friday, January 31st at https://www.atmia.com/forms/mikes-20th-anniversary/.

“We are excited to be able to share the thoughts and feedback from the industry, especially the leaps and bounds the industry has taken over the past 20 years, at our upcoming conference,” says Global Director, Finance & Member Services Sharon Lane.
