Lessons from Harley-Davidson, and other tools to drive credit union revenue, at NAFCU’s 2017 Strategic Growth Conference

Ken Schmidt, communications strategist and former director of communications of Harley-Davidson Motor Company, will provide the keynote presentation, “Develop Extreme Brand Loyalty” at NAFCU’s 2017 Strategic Growth Conference, Feb. 21-23,  in Charleston, S.C., at the Francis Marion Hotel.  Schmidt will share his experiences reinvigorating Harley-Davidson’s brand and helping sales skyrocket. Attendees will learn how to build an equally vocal customer base and a passionately loyal credit union culture to help achieve it.

"As a Harley rider myself, I can attest to the power of this brand because I live it. Imagine if we could unlock that same spirit and passion for all our credit union members," said NAFCU President and CEO Dan Berger.  “That’s why NAFCU’s Strategic Growth Conference is such a great experience for attendees. They will learn from one of the world's most iconic companies how to blow away the competition and catapult their credit unions to success.”
