Life CU launches new “member-focused” credit union website design

Life Credit Union recently launched a new credit union website design. The website was created by award-winning agency BloomCU, which works exclusively on credit union websites.

Life CU gets their name from their membership base—they serve people who work in or for the healthcare community in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. In fact, their main branch is located within the medical hub of Nashville. Life’s top priority as a credit union is to provide convenience and care to their members, adapting to their needs and unique lifestyles.

This is why having a world-class new website was important to them. In addition to a beautiful design, they wanted a welcoming, technologically proficient site where busy members could come and find everything they needed in one place. The new credit union website design delivers on the goals. It is fast, mobile-friendly, and includes up-to-date features like smart search, which suggest inquiries as the user types.

Another member-focused addition is BloomCU’s personalization technology, Persona, which creates an individualized version of the website for each user, depending on their past behaviors and preferences. Life’s new home page also poses the question “What Can Life Do for Me?” inviting first-time users to take an interactive quiz that will help them find what they are looking for on the site.
