Local Credit Union Hosts Bring Your Child to Work Day

TREVOSE, PA (May 2, 2013) Thirty-eight children had the opportunity to shadow their parent/guardian at work on Thursday, April 25, at TruMark Financial^® Credit Union’s Bring Your Child to Work Day. Children ranging in age from seven to 15 toured the credit union’s headquarters and branch offices, saw a demonstration of a cash recycler, and participated in a question and answer session with the chief executive officer. The day allows children to experience what a parent/guardian does during the work day and shows them the value of education and future career options.
