Member appreciation event
DAVILLE, PA (November 1, 2013) — On Saturday, October 19, a large Member Appreciation Event was held at the Service 1st Corporate Center on Rt. 11 in Danville, Pa, to celebrate being named NAFCU’s 2013 Federal Credit Union of the Year. The event featured a variety of food, crafts for the kids, a bouncy house, and lots of prizes! A pack of four Penn State versus Perdue tickets for November 16, complete with a parking voucher, was awarded as the grand prize. Additional prizes included a $250 Amazon Gift Card, a $100 Amazon Gift Card, and a $50 Amazon Gift Card. The event was open to the public.
Many members and individuals from the community came out to join in the fun and celebration. A good time was had by all. Jennifer Thatcher, who joined Service 1st as a member within the last year, won the grand prize of four Penn State tickets. Thatcher commented, “This was a wonderful, family-friendly event. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the day! Service 1st adds so much to our local community and I am proud to be a member.”
