Members 1st Federal Credit Union opens third branch in Berks County

MECHANICSBURG, PA (November 1, 2021) — Members 1st Federal Credit Union is excited to announce the opening of its most recent branch in Berks County, marking the 56th branch currently in business for the credit union.

Located at 4620 West Penn Avenue, Sinking Spring, PA 19608, the new doors opened for business on Monday, November 1. A full-service branch offering a drive-thru, drive up ATM, lobby service, coin counter and drop box, this new branch further establishes the credit union’s entrance into the Berks County region. Prior to the newest Sinking Spring location, Members 1st opened two other locations close by, one in Shillington and one in Exeter Township.

To commemorate the credit union’s entrance into the Berks County market, Members 1st is hosting a multi-day celebration at each of its three Berks County locations. Complete with food vendors, open houses, a giveaway contest, special offers and much more, the events will run from Wednesday, November 3 through Saturday, November 6. Members 1st remains focused on expanding its footprint to continue serving members in branches across Central PA. Following the Sinking Spring Branch, the credit union plans to open several branches in the Lehigh Valley, beginning in 2022.
