Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) Names Two New Assistant Branch Managers

EAST LANSING, MI — Patrick McPharlin, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MSU Federal Credit Union, has announced the promotion of two MSUFCU management development employees: Brandon Bussa as Assistant Manager at MSUFCU’s Marsh Branch in Haslett and Michael Gross as Assistant Manager at MSUFCU’s South Lansing Branch.

McPharlin commented, “MSUFCU’s mission starts from the inside out, building the dreams of staff through challenging and rewarding opportunities. Our staff is encouraged to take advantage of growth opportunities by developing the skills necessary to work on a management level through MSUFCU’s management development program. These two promotions are of Credit Union employees who have taken on this challenge in our management development program, and they will bring high levels of experience and leadership in their new positions as assistant branch managers.”

Brandon Bussa has worked at MSUFCU since September 2010, and was previously a Loan Services Specialist. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Michigan – Flint.

Michael Gross has been with MSUFCU since January of 2011, most recently holding the position of Call Center Specialist II. He received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a concentration in Professional Sales from Central Michigan University.
