MSGCU announces new branch office in Bloomfield Township
CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI (August 31, 2021) — Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union (MSGCU) is pleased to announce the opening of its newest location in Bloomfield Township. Located on Telegraph Road, north of Square Lake Road, this will be MSGCU’s 17th branch office.
“We are extremely pleased to expand our presence in Oakland County to offer more availability and convenience to our members that live and work in this growing area,” said MSGCU President/CEO Peter Gates.
The Bloomfield Township branch office, located at 1943 South Telegraph Road in Bloomfield Township, features a full-service lobby to assist members with loans, mortgages, and access to day-to-day financial transactions. The branch also features drive-thru service and a 24/7 drive-up ATM. It joins five other branches located in Oakland County and branches spanning the tri-county area including Macomb and Wayne. MSGCU welcomes their new neighbors to visit the branch office to talk with one of their certified financial counselors about planning for a future goal or ways to save money.
MSGCU invites community members to attend its Family Fun Day, taking place on October 9 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Bloomfield Township branch. Special guest, former Detroit Tiger Pitcher Frank Tanana, will be signing autographs for attendees. Attendees can also enjoy family-friendly activities like a balloon artist, face painting, and an ice cream treat.
As part of MSGCU’s commitment to community giving, the Bloomfield Township branch team will award $1,000 to CARE House of Oakland County. CARE House is a children’s advocacy center, providing first-rate services to victims of child abuse and neglect.
