MSUFCU celebrates Holt branch groundbreaking
EAST LANSING, MI (April 17, 2019) — The MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) Board of Directors and management are pleased to announce the Credit Union will open a branch at 2313 Cedar Street, Holt, Mich., in 2020.
On Tuesday, April 16, 2019, representatives from MSUFCU and the Holt community were in attendance to make formal remarks regarding the new branch, which will be a full service location with drive-up tellers and a 24-hour ATM. It will feature an integrated branch design, including a sit-down concept rather than traditional teller lines. The stations will be staffed by universal employees who are trained to handle a wide variety of transactions. The branch will also have a digital station where youth members can play the Credit Union’s free gaming apps and members can get assistance with the mobile app and ComputerLine, the Credit Union’s online system.
“The decision to expand into Delhi Charter Township with this14th location in the Greater Lansing areais part of our long-term strategy to better serve our existing and potential members,” said April Clobes, MSUFCU’s President/CEO. “We are looking forward to joining the Holt community and helping members achieve their dreams.”
The Holt Branch is the 21st location for the Credit Union, and will allow the financial institution to serve a larger portion of its members residing in this area as well as offer its products and services to prospective members. Nearly 75,000 MSUFCU members live within 10 miles of the new branch location. Delhi Township has a population of 25,877 and Ingham County has 280,895 people living within its boundaries.
