New CUNA Operations Sales & Service Council white paper explores winning sales cultures

MADISON, WI (November 14, 2016) — The CUNA Operations Sales & Service Council has published a new white paper, “The Big Three in Winning Sales Cultures: Leadership, Goals, & Accountability.”

This white paper shares four case studies from credit unions that have combined leadership, goals, and accountability into their sales cultures, providing insights about:
