New CUNA OpSS Council White Paper discusses metrics and dashboards

MADISON, WI (July 11, 2014) — Keeping pace with changing member expectations, technological advances, and regulatory issues requires credit unions to monitor their operations, sales, and service with relevant and actionable performance metrics.

A new white paper from the CUNA Operations Sales & Service Council, “Meaningful Metrics: Aligning Performance Measurements to Optimize Operations, Sales, and Service” explores the need to establish leading, as well as lagging, indicators so credit unions can effect continual course corrections to meet growth and service goals. It makes the case for assigning metrics to build accountability and to share performance measures regularly across the organization to ensure that these metrics are useful—and used.

Three case studies provide real-life examples of how credit unions measure and continually improve their operations, sales, and service delivery.

CUNA Council members are eligible to receive complimentary copies of this, and more than 300 other white papers; non-Council members may purchase white papers for $50 per copy.

The paper is available online in the white paper section of www.cunacouncils.org.
