Notre Dame FCU receives Diamond Award for outstanding marketing achievements

NOTRE DAME, IN (April 17, 2018) — Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (Notre Dame FCU) was recently honored with two Diamond Awards, which recognizes outstanding marketing and business development achievements in the credit union industry.

The award was presented by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Marketing and Business Development Council, a national network comprised of over 1,300 credit union marketing and business development professionals. Awards are given in each of 35 categories ranging from advertising to community events and beyond.

Notre Dame FCU won the Annual Report and Ongoing Event categories for its entries entitled 2016 Annual Report and University of Notre Dame 2017 Student Return. The Annual Report described the history of the credit union on its 75th anniversary year. Student Return highlighted the credit union’s efforts to attract new memberships from students arriving on campus.

“These credit unions represent the best and brightest in marketing and business development,” said Amber Scott, Chair of the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council’s Diamond Awards Committee and VP Marketing & Communications at 1st MidAmerica CU. “Their inventive, passionate and exciting initiatives inspire us to take chances, be bold and try new and untested approaches.”
