Numerica Credit Union Implements IT-Lifeline’s Disaster Recovery Solution for Faster Recovery of Key IT Systems
SPOKANE, WA (June 13, 2013) IT-Lifeline, a provider of comprehensive business continuity and compliance testing solutions for the financial services industry, today announced Spokane Wash.-based Numerica Credit Union has implemented its disaster recovery and compliance solution for faster recovery of its key IT systems and to enhance regulatory compliance.
IT-Lifeline’s disaster recovery solution enables Numerica to vault data in real time and eliminates the time and cost of recovering data from tape. Additionally, IT-Lifeline’s compliance reporting solution enables Numerica to demonstrate successful testing of critical IT systems and assures regulators that member service will continue if a disaster or outage occurs.
An additional factor for Numerica in its selection was IT-Lifeline’s SSAE 16 SOC II Type II certification, which ensures that the company’s operations and datacenters meet the highest standards for data security and operations.
