Ongoing Operations announces new partnership with Regus

Ongoing Operations recently announced a new partnership that will allow the CUSO to offer the use of Regus office locations to credit unions around the country. With Regus' Workplace Recovery solution through Ongoing Operations, credit unions can quickly and easily relocate their workers in case of a disaster or outage and limit business disruption. The ready-to-go workspace includes a PC, telephone and internet connectivity and the substantial network of Regus facilities ensures that a recovery facility will be nearby when needed.

"In the past, we could only offer these services to our clients in a limited range of geographical areas where we invested directly in such office space. Regus' global footprint of 3,000 offices with over 1,000 locations in the United States enables us to provide these services to all of our clients," shared Kirk Drake, CEO of Ongoing Operations.

With the increased adoption of mobile and other remote technology by members, many credit unions are less concerned about having a back-up branch and more concerned about having a space that is ready for their employees to continue answering phone calls and performing other critical operations. Joe Sullivan, Managing Director of Workplace Recovery at Regus said, “The world of Workplace Recovery is evolving away from single site recovery options and  towards Dynamic solutions that allow a company to recover near their primary work location, near where their employees live, or very far away from both depending upon the event that occurs.”
