People’s Credit Union presents sponsorship check to University of Rhode Island’s 4-H program

MIDDLETOWN, RI (February 20, 2018) — People’s Credit Union recently presented the University of Rhode Island’s Cooperative Extension program with a sponsorship check for the Rhody Rams Men’s Basketball’s ‘People’s Credit Union 3 Point Co-op Shot’ in which a donation is made for every 3-pointer made at a home game.  In attendance to present the donation were People’s Credit Union representatives, Amy Martel, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Sean Daly, Chief Financial Officer, Courtney Hunter, Marketing Manager, as well as Jessica Holden, Marketing and Communications Specialist and Matthew Swiss, Business Development Manager for Rhody Sports Properties.

“Through URI’s Cooperative Extension, statewide 4-H programs provide hands-on experiential learning opportunities to local youth, supporting the 4-H mission focusing on science education, healthy lifestyles, and citizenship,” said Courtney Hunter. “We are pleased to be a community partner with 4-H, and have enjoyed the last two years as the ‘3 Point Co-op Shot’ sponsor. We look forward to a continued relationship with the University of Rhode Island.”
